Truce Capital Advisors Leads the Acquisition of Fields Electrical Sales to Forward Solutions

Truce Capital Advisors (“Truce”) – A leading independent M&A advisory firm – is pleased to announce the sale of Fields Electrical Sales (“Fields”) to Forward Solutions, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital Management. Fields has been an electrical channel leader for 90+ years, serving customers in Ohio, West Virginia, Michigan, Virginia, and Pennsylvania since 1934.
Truce Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Fields on the transaction. The transaction was led by Ely Friedman, Founder & Managing Director and Ryan Berning, Vice President. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
